Floor Covering Notice:
All booths must be carpeted or have flooring installed, no exposed concrete. If no flooring is in place by 8:00PM the day prior to the show opening carpet will be installed and direct billed to you by our General Contractor (Shepard Exposition Services). This policy is strictly enforced and will prohibit your ability to exhibit at TPE.

Please note that TPE does not sell attendee or exhibitor lists. TPE will not call you about your hotel reservations or monorail tickets. If you are personally contacted, please disregard as these are scams.
Material Handling Notice:
Freight is not permitted on passenger elevators. The transportation and use of dollies, oversized luggage, boxes, or freight and tool boxes on escalators is prohibited however you can hand carry a few small boxes through the front entrance. We will have Cartload Service available to assist with personally owned vehicles (POV), there will be a freight desk located near the entrance/curb to assist with Cartload Service (a cost effective solution to material handling) and assignments for POV’s. Open Flame Policy: Fire Extinguisher / Permit
The Las Vegas Convention Center & Visitors Authority and Clark County Fire Code prohibit flammable liquid, gasses, or solids in the Las Vegas Convention Center. If you intend to display, sample, or demonstrate lighters or torch lighters, or have butane/refill containers or candles in your booth, please review this important information.
Per the Las Vegas Convention Center, you are REQUIRED to have a fire extinguisher in your booth, type 2A10BC with a current Nevada Inspection Tag, AND have a fire permit for lighters that can be locked in the on position.
