The tobacco legislative and regulatory environment continues to remain complex with more severe restrictions, higher taxes, and prohibitions proposed each year on the local, state and federal levels. NATO’s Executive Director Thomas Briant will provide an in-depth update on the latest FDA tobacco regulations and Pre-Market Tobacco Application reviews, state legislative agendas, and the trend on the local and state levels to propose a ban on the sale of all flavored products.
