Instructions
We strongly suggest being selective when inviting customers. The most qualified customers are serious buyers who will show up and make purchases.
Step 1:
Ask your customer to register for TPE24 using your unique Hosted Buyer Link. This link automatically applies a promo code.
Step 2:
They’ll receive registration for free, and their confirmation email will contain details about how to book their room. It’s that easy!

Invite your customers early—Hotel rooms are limited and allocated on a first-come, first-served basis until the reserved block is filled.
Hosted Buyer Program Terms & Conditions
- Customers must use your unique Hosted Buyer link to get a free badge.
- Hosted Buyers should use either the TPE24 Registration Confirmation page link or
their TPE24 Registration Confirmation email to make reservations for their
complimentary hotel nights. - Hotel room availability is first-come, first-served until the reserved block sells out.
- A valid credit card is required for a security deposit (equal to one night’s stay plus taxes) to make the hotel reservation. This deposit will be refunded at check-out,
and the card will only be charged for incidentals or no-shows. - Cancellations must be made 72 hours to avoid a one-night charge (+taxes/fees).
- Log in to the TPE24 Registration Dashboard to locate your distinct Hosted Buyer Program link.

Who is eligible to register with the Hosted Buyer/VIP codes?
The attendee incentive programs are exclusively available to retailers and distributors who are attending the show as buyers.
Who covers the cost of the program?
TPE will cover the cost of the registration and hotel stays for January 31st & February 1st.
How many invites can I send?
There are no restrictions on the number of guests you can invite for either of the incentive programs. Hosted Buyer invites should be reserved for your TOP customers, and the VIP invites should be used for additional customers you would like to invite with free registration only.
