Steps To

Reserve Your Booth

STEP 1: Access Exhibitor Portal or Create a New Account

If you are a new exhibitor, please create an Exhibitor Account.

STEP 2: Review Floor Plan

STEP 3: Reserve Your Booth Space

A 50% deposit is required to reserve space on the floor plan and must be paid at the time of submitting your application.

Marketing — $250

Your company will be listed on the digital floor plan and the TPE 2025 printed show floor map. This is a required fee.

Important Documents

  • Nevada Tax Event Specific License
  • Application must be submitted by the deadline or your booth and/or products may be subject to removal and/or confiscation by the State of Nevada. 
  • Certification of Insurance
  • All TPE Exhibitors are required to have General Liability Coverage from an insurance provider. You must submit your COI by the deadline. 
  • Exhibitor Rules & Display Guidelines
  • All rules and regulations must be followed or your booth may be subject to cancellation/removal. 
  • Regulated Products
  • All products being displayed, sampled, distributed & advertised at TPE must follow all Federal, State, and local laws & regulations.
  • Additional information regarding important documents, including dates and deadlines, will be updated as soon as they are available.
