Material Handling Notice

Freight is not permitted on passenger elevators. The transportation and use of dollies, oversized luggage, boxes, or freight and tool boxes on escalators is prohibited however you can hand carry a few small boxes through the front entrance. We will have Cartload Service available to assist with personally owned vehicles (POV), there will be a freight desk located near the entrance/curb to assist with Cartload Service (a cost effective solution to material handling) and assignments for POV’s. Scam / Phishing Notice

Please note that TPE does not sell attendee or exhibitor lists. TPE will not call you about your hotel reservations or monorail tickets. If you are personally contacted, please disregard as these are scams.

All booths must be carpeted or have flooring installed, no exposed concrete. If no flooring is in place by 8:00 PM, the day prior to the show opening carpet will be installed and direct billed to you by our General Contractor (Shepard Exposition Services)

  • This policy is strictly enforced and will prohibit your ability to exhibit at TPE
  • Aisle carpet is Red (Tobacco) and Blue (Alternative & Vape)

Exhibitors can attend the conference sessions if any are held onsite or online, as well as attend the Industry Night Party.

Login securely to your online profile, and get started – Visit TPE Exhibitor Profile – Portal

  • Booth Info (Update / Increase the presence of your online profile and enter your product categories)
  • Manage Your Contacts (Check and update contacts to make sure the you are receiving updates from TPE)
  • Products (Upload pictures and descriptions of the products you will be showcasing at your booth)

As an exhibitor, you will receive a welcome email from TPE that includes the Exhibitor Portal link and login credentials to access the exhibitor service manual. An email with the link for the Online Exhibitor Service Manual will be available October 3, 2022.

The Exhibitor Service Kit includes (not limited to):

  • Important information like Nevada Tax License, Certificate of Insurance and General Show Details
  • Shepard Exposition Services (Audio Visual, Carpet, Cleaning, Furnishings, Labor, Signs, Booth Accessories)
  • Exhibitor Appointed Contractors (EAC)
  • Shipping & Material Handling (Shipping Labels, Cart Load Service, Material Handling and Delivery Details)
  • Facility Info & Order Forms (Electric & other Utilities, Sampling, Internet, Phone orders)
  • Additional Services (Lead Retrieval, Vehicles, Floral and more)

Each Booth Space includes two (2) exhibitor badges per 10 x 10 / 100 Sq. Ft. of booth space.

  • Additional badges can be purchased for $25.00 per badge
  • Complimentary and purchased badges should be ordered through the TPE Exhibitor Portal
  • A badge is required to enter the exhibit hall and the Industry Night Party (no exceptions)

Drayage, or material handling, is the unloading and delivery of exhibitor freight to individual booths; Shepard Exposition Services handles this. The service may also include storage of empty crates and boxes, redelivery of crates and boxes after show close, and transportation back to the loading dock for shipping to the next destination.

The party occurs the opening night of the trade show; you must bring your trade show badge to enter the party – no exceptions.
