Smoking is allowed during show hours in the exhibit hall and on the show floor only. No smoking is allowed anywhere else in the building.

Exhibitor Planning & Resources

Just log in to your online profile to make edits and updates as often as you’d like. The log in page can be found here: TPE Exhibitor Profile – Portal

  1. Booth Information: Update info, add product categories, and increase thepresence of your online profile.
  2. Manage Your Contacts: Be sure you’re receiving updates and up-to-date infofrom TPE by checking and updating your contacts.
  3. Products: Build buzz and help attendees find you by uploading pictures and descriptions of the products you will be showcasing at your booth.

All booths must be carpeted or have flooring installed. No exposed concrete is permitted. If flooring is not in place by 8:00PM, the day prior to the show opening, carpet will be installed and directly billed to you by our General Contractor (Shepard Exposition Services).

  • This policy is strictly enforced and will prohibit your ability to exhibit at TPE
  • Aisle carpet is Red (Tobacco), and Blue (Alternative & Vape)

Electrical services are provided by Edlen Event Services

Drayage, or material handling, is the unloading and delivery of exhibitor freight to individual booths. This is handled by Shepard Exposition Services. READ OUR “DE-MYSTIFYING MOVE-IN GUIDE” FOR COMPLETE DETAILS.

Hotel Scam / Phishing Notice:

Please note that TPE does not sell attendee or exhibitor lists. TPE will not call you about your hotel reservations or monorail tickets. If you are personally contacted, it is typically the result of solicitors obtaining public information from the internet. We recommend that you disregard, as these are scams.

Material Handling Notice:

Freight is not permitted on passenger elevators. The transportation and use of dollies, oversized luggage, boxes, or freight and tool boxes on escalators is prohibited however you can hand carry a few small boxes through the front entrance. We will have Cartload Service available to assist with personally owned vehicles (POV), there will be a freight desk located near the entrance/curb to assist with Cartload Service (a cost-effective solution to material handling) and assignments for POV’s.
