FAQ
The attendee incentive programs are exclusively available to retailers and distributors who are attending the show as buyers.
TPE will cover the cost of the registration and hotel stays for March 31-April 2, 2025.
There are no restrictions on the number of guests you can invite for either of the incentive programs. Hosted Buyer invites should be reserved for your TOP customers, and the FREE BADGE invites should be used for additional customers you would like to invite with free registration only.
Yes, TPE verifies the buyers you invite and they must use your unique code for badge and hotel redemption.
- Customers must use your unique Hosted Buyer link to get a free badge.
- Hosted Buyers should use their TPE Registration Confirmation email to make reservations for their complimentary hotel nights.
- Hotel room availability is first-come, first-served until the reserved block sells out.
- A valid credit card is required to make the hotel reservation. The card will only be charged for additional nights, incidentals or no-shows.
- Cancellations must be made at least 72 hours before check-in to avoid a no-show fee equal to one-night (+taxes/fees).
