DOCUMENTS AND FORMS

CERTIFICATE OF INSURANCE

Every single exhibitor and Exhibitor Appointed Contractor (EAC) at TPE is required to have General Liability Coverage that meets our requirements. Please see information on submitting your Certificate of Insurance or purchasing one.

NEVADA TAX EVENT SPECIFIC LICENSE

This is required for all exhibitors displaying, sampling, or selling tobacco or other tobacco products. Please download the application and email to taxation-adminmsa@tax.state.nv.us
DEADLINE IS FEBRUARY 27, 2026 WITHOUT EXCEPTIONS.

All rules and regulations must be followed or your booth may be subject to cancellation/removal.

INTERNATIONAL TRAVEL INFORMATION

Visitors to the United States must have a valid passport. A visa may be required for citizens of countries that don't participate with the Visa Waiver Program.

SHOW NOTICES AND POLICIES

Important policies and requirements that all TPE exhibitors must review and follow.

FLOOR COVERING NOTICE

All booths must be carpeted or have flooring installed (no exposed concrete).

MATERIAL HANDLING NOTICE

Read LVCC's HAND CARRY POLICY on what is allowed and plan accordingly. See Shepard's Cart Load Service in the Exhibitor Service Manual if you plan on bringing in your own materials for TPE.

REGULATED PRODUCTS

All products being displayed, sampled, distributed, and advertised at TPE must follow all federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Please see Page 12 of the Las Vegas Convention Center’s guidelines concerning Cannabinoids.

OPEN FLAME POLICY/FIRE EXTINGUISHERS

Fire extinguishers are required for anyone with open flame products (lighters, torch lighters, candles) and butane/refill containers.

EDIBLES, FOOD & BEVERAGE SAMPLING

The Southern Nevada Health Department and Sodexo have rules regarding the sampling of any edible products. Kava, Kratom, and CBD can be displayed, but not sampled.

NOTICE REGARDING 7-HYDROXYMITRAGYNINE

At this time, TPE does not have an official position on 7-Hydroxymitragynine, a compound found in certain botanical products. However, due to increasing regulatory scrutiny and the potential for future classification or restriction, exhibitors are strongly advised to exercise caution when planning their booth displays or marketing materials around this ingredient.

Please be aware that 7-Hydroxymitragynine may be subject to regulatory action at any time, and any such change could impact your ability to display or distribute related products at the show. TPE will continue to monitor developments closely and will provide updates should our policy change or if new regulations come into effect.

BEWARE OF HOTEL SCAMS

Be aware of hotel scamming companies. These companies may call you to ask about your hotel rooms for TPE. These companies are NOT affiliated with TPE.

BEWARE OF PHISHING SCAMS

You may receive solicitations from third party companies that are not affiliated with TPE. To safeguard against scamming/phishing attacks, we suggest working only with Official TPE Vendor Partners. Please note that TPE does not sell attendee or exhibitor lists.
